CEEGS 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

Central and Eastern European Game Studies conference is a gathering of game scholars organised annually by DiGRA Central and Eastern Europe, but its thematic scope is not limited to regional topics, and it welcomes participants from anywhere in the world. The 2024 conference will be hosted by the Department of Performing and Digital Arts<\/a><\/strong>, University of the Peloponnese<\/a><\/strong>, Greece.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Games, Art & Performativity<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

The conference theme, \u2018Reimagining Games, Art, and Performativity<\/a>\u2019 <\/strong>will allow us to delve into the historical parallels, intersections, challenges, and tensions traditionally inherent within these three concepts. We therefore invite scholars, researchers, artists, and game design professionals to submit proposals for presentations within one of these thematic areas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

*General Authors Fee: For those presenting a paper or a workshop at the conference. Each author attending the conference must register individually.
\n*Low-Income Special Fee: For authors from Low-Income and Middle-Income countries as per the most recent World Bank Classification.<\/a>
\n*Student Fee: For all students, including PhD students (both authors and attendees).
\n*General Attendee Fee: For all other participants.
\n*Clarification for Workshop Organizers: Workshop Organizers who are not presenting any paper should register under the General Attendee Fee unless they are students, in which case they can register under the Student Fee.
\n*Clarification for Workshop Attenders: For those attending only workshops, please note that you can take advantage of the early bird fee if you register by the deadline (September 30)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
